Gila River Indian Community (GRIC)

Even though there is an MOA between the GRIC and AZSERC that allows facilities on GRIC Lands to use the Online Tiers II System, hard Copies of Tier II information for facilities that reside on the GRIC still needs to be submitted to:

Gilbert Fire Department

Facilities filing in the Town of Gilbert should be aware that Gilbert has its own Fire Department Regulation for reporting chemicals, and those reporting quantity triggers are much lower than what the State mandates as a Tier II chemical. Even though these particular chemicals may not constitute a Tier II report, the Town of Gilbert Fire Department requires its facilities to use the Arizona Tier II Reporting System to manage these chemical. Due to this, those facilities that are ONLY reporting chemicals that meet the Town of Gilbert FD Regulation will be exempt from any filing fees that may be assessed by the State for Tier II facilities.
